We present a greater range of Color Mark Detector, which is used to sense color marks on packaging material. This range is designed with the receiver and the high frequency modulated visible light source in the same housing. The output signals are received when a spot beam receives the predetermined color marks. These products are available in different ranges and can be customized according to the customers further.

The NTC-727 reliably detects all color contrasts found in common product registration color mark applications – even such extremely low contrasts as 20 percent yellow printed on white. In addition, three-color LED light source and hybrid optics eliminate the need to switch between different color light sources for different color contrasts.

25 microsecond sensing response produces excellent registration repeatability, even in ultra-high-speed applications. This fast response, coupled with the small 10 x 3 mm sensing image, allows color marks to be made small and inconspicuous.
